Sienna Ridge RV Park Sites

• Primary driveways are asphalt
• Parking pads for RV sites are asphalt & gravel depending on the locationl
• 4 Individual bathhouses with showers
• Coin-operated onsite laundry.
• One picnic table at most RV sites (depends on the terrain)
• Each RV site has electrical service with individual metering (30 / 50 amp)
• Each RV site has water connections
• Each RV site has been wired for cable service that will be distributed throughout the park from a central access point
• The RV park will be set up with a Wi-Fi Internet connection distributed throughout. Strength will vary site to site.
• Each RV site will tap into an on-site sewage facility (OSSF)
• Septic system (OSSF) will be an aerobic spray type as engineered by Greg Johnson and approved by Comal County
• Monthly rate $525/ per site plus electric
• Metered electric.
• 10 year and newer RV and Travel Trailers only. (older rigs possible at management discretion only)
