Reservations & Deposits

Nightly & Weekly Stays

RV site reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. Full payment is due at the time of booking. RVs must be 10 years old or newer to be accepted.

Monthly Stays

Monthly RV sites require a $200 deposit at the time of booking. This single charge serves as both your security deposit and electric deposit. The deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damages and account is settled.

A $100 mailbox deposit is also required for monthly tenants and is fully refundable upon departure.

Pet Policy

We love your furry friends! Sienna Ridge RV Park is pet-friendly. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of the on-site dog park.

Booking & Arrival

Check-in is at 12:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout is available for a $25 fee.
For short-term stays: cancel 14+ days out for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancel 7–13 days out and 50% is forfeited. Less than 7 days, no refund. Monthly stays require 30 days written notice; the $200 deposit is forfeited. See our full cancellation policy above.
All rates include full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 AMP electric connections), Wi-Fi, access to restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, the dog park, and picnic tables at your site. Electric usage is metered separately at $0.08/kWh for monthly tenants.
Nightly stays have a 1-night minimum. Monthly RV sites have a 30-night minimum.
We accept all major credit cards. Please note a 2.69% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments. Cash and check are also accepted for in-person transactions.
Your Site & Facilities
Our spacious sites accommodate RVs with room for slide-outs. All sites include full hookups with 30 and 50 AMP electric service, water, and sewer. RVs must be 10 years old or newer. See our Amenities page for full details.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests with park-wide coverage. Signal strength may vary by location. Cell coverage is generally good (rated 4.4 out of 5 by guests).
Yes, our laundry facility accepts both coin and card payment. Washers and dryers are available for guest use.
Yes, recently remodeled restrooms with showers are available 24 hours for all guests.
Yes. Guest rate is $3.00 per gallon. Non-guest rate is $4.55 per gallon. Available at the park office during business hours (Open Daily 8 AM–8 PM).
Electric is metered individually at $0.08 per kilowatt-hour based on actual usage for monthly tenants. Nightly and weekly guests have electric included in their rate.
Pets & Policies
Yes! We are pet-friendly. Up to 2 pets are allowed per site with no nightly fee. Monthly stays require a $100 one-time pet deposit. We have an on-site dog park. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the dog park.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
Generators are not permitted in the park. All sites have full electric hookups with 20, 30, and 50 amp service, so generators are not needed.
The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and watch for children and pets.

Yes! Canyon Lake has several local outfitters offering kayak, paddleboard, and boat rentals. Check our Attractions page for recommendations.
We are located at 17310 FM 306, Canyon Lake, TX 78133, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country between San Antonio and Austin. FM 306 is easily accessible from I-35. See driving directions for step-by-step routes.
Your RV supplies, outdoor chairs, and a sense of adventure! Picnic tables are provided at every site. Don’t forget sunscreen — Texas Hill Country sunshine is plentiful year-round.
