SMS / Text Messaging Policy

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Sienna Ridge RV Park, the following applies:

We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By selecting the Check Box on The Bookings Check Out Page Guests Agree to Receive Marketing SMS.

Guests may receive an SMS before/during/after their stay with us. Reply STOP to Opt-Out | Reply HELP for Assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

Reservation platforms we use to manage bookings, including Booking.com, Spot2Nite, and HipCamp
Payment processors for secure transaction handling

Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, entering the property, or using any facilities at Sienna Ridge RV Park, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

II.

Reservations & Payment

Short-term RV stays require full payment (100%) at the time of booking
Monthly RV stays and long-term park model rentals require a $200 deposit at booking, which serves as both security and electric deposit (single charge, refundable at checkout)
A 2.69% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments

III.

Cancellation Policy

14+ days before arrival — Full refund minus $25 processing fee
7–13 days before arrival — 50% of booking total forfeited
Less than 7 days before arrival — No refund
Monthly stays — 30 days written notice required; $200 deposit forfeited

IV.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to observe the following rules while staying at Sienna Ridge RV Park:

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, every day
The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH
Pets must be leashed and attended at all times outside of the dog park; maximum 2 pets per site
Guests are responsible for their site and any damages to park property, grounds, or accommodation units
Illegal activity, excessive noise, or behavior that disturbs other guests may result in removal without refund

Liability

Sienna Ridge RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or RVs while on the premises. Guests assume all risk associated with outdoor recreational activities, including but not limited to hiking, kayaking, and boating. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for your RV and personal belongings.

VI.

Changes to Terms

Sienna Ridge RV Park reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage guests to review this page periodically.
